Refillable Vape Kits

This is Highrollers’ refillable vape kits aisle: hardware that makes sense under the UK vape tax, with Price Lock on our own-brand liquids while pre-October stock lasts. Devices aren’t taxed like liquid, so a kit plus locked bottles is how many of our shoppers keep costs down.

Price Lock and the UK vape tax

From 1 October 2026, the UK vape tax adds about £2.20 per 10ml of liquid (roughly £2.64 with VAT). That hits bottled juice, shortfills, nic shots, and liquid in pods. Not kits, mods, or empty hardware.

Price Lock holds pre-tax / pre-October prices on own-brand liquids we stock (EV, EVR, BEAR, Skweez, Dainty’s, Psycho Bunny, Dripping, where available) while stock lasts, offer valid until March 31st 2027. That means you can fill this kit with locked e-liquids, 10ml nic salts, 10ml freebase, or shortfills. Full detail: UK vape tax Price Lock.

Best path under the tax

We can’t Price Lock supplier pre-filled pods, so the best path under the tax is a refillable kit (or refillable vape pods) plus our locked liquids.
