We provide a range of thorough and cost-effective shipping options using our network of preferred shipping partners. All orders are shipped in discreet plain packaging, for your privacy.
Our same day dispatch cut-off time is 16:00. Orders must be placed and paid by 16:00 to enable us to dispatch your order the same day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day. Our working days for processing orders are Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
Our shipping options include both premium tracked and insured services, and reliable budget-friendly services.
Please note: Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or bank holiday will not be dispatched until the next working day.
Deliveries to customers will be between 1-3 working days after despatch, although orders are often delivered next day. Our shipping partners deliver orders between Monday and Saturday. If you have not received your order after 3 working days, please contact us.
We offer free Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery on UK mainland orders over £30. Free delivery doesn’t cover Northern Ireland or Northern Scotland and the Scottish islands.

Next working day delivery does not apply to orders placed on weekends or bank holidays.
Saturday delivery options only apply to orders placed after 16:00 Thursday and before 16:00 Friday. If you select Saturday delivery outside of these periods, your order will be sent via next working day and you will not be refunded for the additional charges.
We accept NO responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen parcels when selecting untracked delivery options. We also accept NO responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen parcels when you select “Leave in a safe place” with our couriers.
Non-Mainland Shipping Options
Northern Ireland, Northern Scotland and the Scottish islands: Royal Mail Tracked 48: £9.98 (tracked). Free delivery doesn’t apply to these areas.
Guernsey and the Isle of Man: Evri Two Day Delivery: £4.16 (tracked)
Isle of Wight: same prices as UK mainland, including free delivery over £30.
We always try our best to dispatch all orders received before 16:00 the same day. During busy periods this is not always possible. If your order is not dispatched on the same day, it will be dispatched on the following working day.
We are not able to guarantee exact delivery times or add notes to the courier. You will receive shipment notifications to your registered contact details and these should be taken as estimates only.
International Orders
We currently ship within the UK, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man only. We don’t ship internationally at the moment.
Monday Exception
We cannot always guarantee that all orders will be dispatched on Mondays. Due to the high volume of orders following the weekend, your order may be dispatched on Tuesday. If Monday is a bank holiday, this policy will apply to orders placed on a Tuesday.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any missing or stolen shipments that have been delivered to a “safe place” or left in the doorway. You must contact the courier if this happens and follow their claims procedure.
If your order has any missing or damaged items, you must notify us by email within 24 hours, along with photographic evidence, to customer-support@highrollerssmoking.co.uk.
