These Terms of Service apply to www.highrollerssmoking.co.uk (the “Site”). The Site is operated by Blazed Distro Ltd (trading as High Rollers), company number 10339846, registered office Cotes Park Industrial Estate, Cotes Park Lane, Somercotes, Alfreton, England, DE55 4NJ (“we”, “us”, “our”).
The shop runs on WordPress and WooCommerce.
By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these terms and to the policies they refer to. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Age
You must be 18 or over to use the Site and to buy from us. By entering the Site and by placing an order you confirm that you are 18 or over.
2. Using the Site
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse it (including by introducing malware, scraping, or trying to break security). We may refuse or suspend access if we believe these terms have been broken.
3. Orders and our contract
When you place an order you offer to buy the goods at the price shown at checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example suspected fraud, age, stock, delivery limits, or an obvious pricing error). A contract is formed when we send your order confirmation email.
Prices are in pounds sterling and can change. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout, unless there is an obvious error. In that case we will contact you before going ahead.
4. Products
We try to describe products accurately. Photos are for illustration. Colours and packaging can vary. Stock is limited and we may limit how many of an item you can buy.
5. Payment
You pay at checkout through our payment provider Pixxles (pixxles.com) and Viva (www.viva.com). We do not store full card numbers on the Site. You must provide accurate billing details.
6. Delivery
Delivery options, cut-off times and charges are set out in our Delivery Information. You are responsible for a correct delivery address and, for orders outside the UK, for local import rules. We may refuse to ship a product where we know it cannot legally be sent to your country.
7. Returns and refunds
Returns, the 30-day money-back guarantee, and refunds are set out in our Refund and Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
8. Accounts
If you create an account, keep your login details safe and keep your email address up to date so we can contact you about orders.
9. Marketing emails
If you opt in, we send High Rollers marketing emails through Omnisend. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the email or by contacting customer-support@highrollerssmoking.co.uk. Signing up to email is not required to buy from us.
10. Personal information
How we collect and use personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.
11. Content and intellectual property
The Site and its content (including branding, product copy and images) belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them except as allowed by law or with our written permission.
12. Third-party links
The Site may link to other websites (including other sites in our group). We are not responsible for those sites or their content, products or policies.
13. Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that UK law does not allow us to exclude. We do not exclude your statutory rights as a consumer.
Subject to that, we are not liable for loss that was not foreseeable, or for loss of profit, business, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or from products bought through it, except as the law requires.

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The “Last updated” date will change. Please check this page when you use the Site. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living in another part of the UK, you may also bring a claim in the courts of the nation where you live.
